2.1 INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE DIRECTLY

  • complete a contact, enquiry, or financing form;
  • subscribe to newsletters or updates;
  • interact with our AI‑powered chatbot; or
  • request a site visit, callback, or investment consultation,

We collect personal details such as your name, email, phone number, location or project preference, budget range, and any additional information you choose to provide.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

We use cookies and tracking tools to capture:

  • IP address and approximate location,
  • browser and device details,
  • pages viewed, time spent, and referring URL, and
  • interactions with buttons, forms, and chatbot sessions.

2.3 AI Chatbot Data

Our chatbot (powered by Jotform AI) processes conversation text to generate responses.
If you share contact information through chat, it is securely routed to our sales team.
Conversations may be pseudonymised and stored temporarily to enhance service quality.
Jotform AI acts as our Data Processor under a written data‑processing agreement.
No automated decisions producing legal or significant effects are made solely by the chatbot.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We process personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries, appointment, and purchase requests;
  • send subscribed newsletters, marketing, or research updates (with opt‑out rights);
  • improve website performance and user experience;
  • personalise responses from our AI chatbot;
  • measure marketing effectiveness; and
  • comply with applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.

We apply data minimisation and do not process data beyond its intended purpose.

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We process your personal data on the following legal grounds under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023:

6.1 With Our Sales and Operations Team

Enquiry details and chatbot-captured leads are shared internally with the FWC sales team to enable follow-up and property consultation.

6.2 With Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party platforms that help us operate our website and services. These include:

  • Jotform AI: chatbot and form processing
  • Google LLC: analytics, tag management, and search performance
  • Meta Platforms Inc: advertising performance measurement (if Meta Pixel is activated)
  • Our hosting provider: server and website infrastructure

All third-party providers are required to process your data only for the purposes we specify and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information where required to do so by Nigerian law, court order, or regulatory authority.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Enquiry and contact form data: retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission or last contact
  • Newsletter subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe
  • Chatbot conversation logs: retained in line with Jotform AI’s data retention settings (confirm before publishing)
  • Analytics data: retained in line with Google Analytics data retention settings (default 14 months)
  • Purchase and transaction records: retained for a minimum of 7 years in line with Nigerian financial regulations

8. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER NDPR AND NDPA 2023

As a data subject under Nigerian law, you have the following rights:

  • Right to be informed: to know what data we hold about you and how we use it
  • Right of access: to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification: to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

  • object to marketing or analytics uses;
  • withdraw consent at any time; and
  • data portability request (in structured, machine‑readable format).

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
