Building Communities, Creating Futures

First World Communities Ltd was incorporated on 11th February 2008 with a singular mandate: to provide quality, affordable housing for medium and low-income earners across Nigeria, and eventually, all of Africa.

Our heritage traces back to the early 1990s. Today, we are the people behind COOP Villa in Badore. widely regarded as one of the finest residential estates in West Africa and we are just getting started.
